Reynaers recognised for customer service at the NFAs
Director of Customer Service at Reynaers Aluminium, Peter Burke, has been awarded the Customer Service / Operations Person of the Year title at this year’s National Fenestration Awards.
Voted for and nominated by those who work within the fenestration industry, the award celebrates the work Peter has done to further improve Reynaers’ customer service.
Since joining Reynaers in 2022, Peter has contributed to the company’s world class reputation for delivering quality aluminium systems for doors, windows and facades, backed by outstanding customer service.
Bringing extensive knowledge in aluminium systems to his role, Peter has led a range of initiatives to increase Reynaers Delivery Reliability Index to at least 95.7 per cent and Delivery Speed Index of 96.4 per cent or better. Peter said: “Keeping customers at the heart of everything we do is central to the Reynaers’ approach and it is incredibly rewarding to be able to play an active part in leading the direction of that from a service point of view.
“Reynaers is not only committed to providing the highest quality products, but also recognises the vital role that service initiatives play in enhancing customer experience. My goal is to ensure customers have the best experience possible with us.”
In recent years, Reynaers has shown its dedication to customer service by investing in a number of projects, including extending the warehouse at the company’s Birmingham HQ to improve stock availability and delivery times, and introducing and developing the Reynaers at Home member partnership scheme to support growth in installer leads. The use of the company’s Birmingham showroom is also included in its comprehensive support package.
Peter added: “It is an honour to be nominated, and winning the award is made even more meaningful as it is voted for by our industry colleagues.
“Of course, this is a team effort and the success of Reynaers’ customer service is due to the commitment of the people who work across all areas of the business.”
