EOS IS WAY FORWARD FOR DEKKO.
Moving to Reynaers EOS has improved our efficiency no end. Previously we had to manually indicate the colour of each side of the profile, print off each category be it profile, accessories or hardware and edit each of the categories, then scan them and email them to Reynaers sales dept. who would then need to copy our orders into their system and we would have to wait sometimes the next day for a confirmation and delivery date.
With EOS it is so much more simple, flexible and quick. You simply select the job, select EOS within the Reynapro software and press send, the order goes straight into the system and we receive a confirmation within minutes. We can easily edit add or delete items change quantities and it’s all paperless, it auto saves a copy of the order to be referred back to should you need to. This is definitely a tool we would not be without.
